Meet Our Team
Deanna
Deanna brings a powerful combination of clinical expertise and operational leadership to healthcare organizations. She began her career as a clinician and worked in hospitals, outpatient clinics, nursing homes, and home health agencies. She switched gears to focus on the business side of healthcare, and has been employed as a healthcare operations leader in private medical practices, hospital based clinics, FQHCs, and for the State of Texas. She is also an adjunct instructor and teaches healthcare administration classes in the Austin area.
She received her Masters in Healthcare Administration from Texas Woman’s University, Masters and Bachelors degrees in Speech-Language Pathology from Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama. She is a member of ASHA, ACHE, MGMA, NAHLE, and is on the Networking committee for the Central Texas branch of ACHE.
Deanna serves as the Founder and Principal Consultant of Texas Healthcare Collective. She collaborates with potential clients and seeks to meet their most pressing needs. She takes pride in expertly matching clients with the right consultants to achieve optimal business outcomes. Deanna provides expertise in financial evaluation, revenue cycle optimization, operational excellence, process improvement, and human resource solutions.
Rosanna
Rosanna is a healthcare executive with a demonstrated history of achieving the highest standards in quality for patient care, leading strategies for increasing employee engagement, and developing new leaders. She began her career as a bedside nurse and quickly progressed in nursing leadership. She is currently the Administrator and ACNO at a hospital in the Houston area.
She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Boise State University, Masters of Business Administration from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, and her Bachelors in Nursing from The University of Texas Medical Branch. She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Rosanna serves as a Senior Healthcare Consultant for Texas Healthcare Collective. She provides expertise in clinical quality, leadership development, and employee engagement.
Amanda
Amanda is a healthcare strategist with a proven background in elevating patient experience, strengthening referral networks, and planning sustainable growth. She brings years of healthcare leadership to her work with hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, medical groups, infusion centers, imaging centers, and other healthcare organizations. Amanda has served in executive leadership for health systems and private practices. She is currently a Principal at her own consulting practice which began in Dallas.
Amanda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, a Master of Health Administration, and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. She is the Chair of Mentorship for ACHE Central Texas, on the Communications Committee for ACHE North Texas, and Chair of Communications for NALHE Central Texas.
Amanda serves as a Senior Healthcare Consultant for Texas Healthcare Collective. She assists clients with strategic growth, elevating patient experience, and developing outreach programs.
Nancy
Nancy is an innovative and thoughtful graphic designer with experience in advertising agencies, retail organizations, food/beverage industries, and healthcare organizations. She began her career as a junior graphic designer with a reputable advertising agency and progressed to Senior Graphic Designer, Marketing Coordinator, and Art Director. She has been an adjunct instructor at a private college since 2021. She is currently a Designer within the food/beverage industry for a large restaurant group.
She received her Bachelors in Fine Arts in Graphic Design with a minor in Spanish Language from Auburn University.
Nancy serves as a Healthcare Consultant for Texas Healthcare Collective. She guides clients in branding, logo development, design instruction, and video content marketing.
Elyssa
Elyssa is a digital marketing strategist with over 14 years of experience in marketing and advertising. She leads high-performing initiatives across paid media, funnel strategy, and conversion optimization, consistently turning traffic into measurable revenue.
Her work spans industries including healthcare organizations and medical practices, where she drives patient acquisition, improves lead quality, and implements scalable systems that support long-term growth. Elyssa is recognized for connecting strategy, data, and execution in a way that delivers clear, trackable results.
Her approach is grounded in a deep understanding of buyer behavior and psychological triggers, paired with high-quality creative and content that drives action. She builds performance-focused marketing systems designed to increase conversions, improve efficiency, and sustain growth.
Mario
Mario is an operations and strategy leader with a strong background in managing complex projects and driving execution across multiple initiatives. He specializes in building efficient systems, aligning teams, and ensuring projects are delivered effectively.
Before transitioning into marketing operations, he directed operations in the government and healthcare industries, managing contracts, strategic initiatives, and large-scale projects. His experience in healthcare administration built a strong foundation in compliance, process optimization, and leadership.
Today, Mario focuses on streamlining systems, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the successful execution of marketing initiatives across industries including healthcare, nonprofits, and professional services.
Bria
Bria brings a strong blend of hands-on experience and customer-focused service to every client. She began her career in the healthcare field as a dental assistant, where she developed a solid foundation in patient care, administrative coordination, and attention to detail. Through her work in clinical settings, she gained valuable experience managing patient interactions, supporting daily operations, and ensuring a high standard of care. She has expanded her skill set to include administrative support, front desk operations, and client relations. She is known for her professionalism, strong communication skills, and ability to create a welcoming and organized environment for both clients and team members.
Bria holds an Associate Degree in Health and Medical Administrative Services from The College of Healthcare Professions, as well as a Dental Assistant License from the same institution. Her education and training have equipped her with both the clinical knowledge and administrative expertise needed to support efficient and patient-centered operations.
Bria serves as an Associate Consultant for Texas Healthcare Collective. She is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, patient care support, administrative coordination and front office operations.
